Storage Jar

Stoneware jar with vertical flutes on the body and lid that have had the glaze exposed on the ridges. Reduction gas fired to 1280 degrees Celsius with a soft, white celadon-type glaze that ranges from white to blue-white. Iron flecks burn through from the stoneware clay body as dark, sometimes iridescent bleeds on the surface. 

Approximately 16x15cm / 1litre capacity
